*BERNARDELLI DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 ga. SN 25977. Fine sidelock dbl with 25-7/8” bbls, choked IMP MOD/IMP CYL, with raised tapered hand matted rib, single brass bead and the maker’s name and address. It has dbl lump with ejectors & dbl triggers, the front is articulated. It has a sidelock receiver with full coverage beautiful foliate & floral engraving with a shaded background. The wood is very nicely grained French walnut with checkered beavertail forearm & straight stock, 14-3/4” over a thin rubber pad. The stock has raised side panels with black ebony teardrops. The water table on the receiver and bbls are beautifully jeweled and it has bushed firing pins. Weight 6 lbs. 5.6 oz. Drop at the heel is 2-7/8”; drop at the comb is 1-1/2”. CONDITION: Extremely fine, as new. Probably unfired, retains virtually all its original factory finish to both metal & wood with very minor handling & storage marks.
