SILVER PLIQUE A JOUR SPOON. Wonderful silver spoon has plique a jour enamel within the bowl surrounding a silver depiction of St. George slaying the dragon. Top of bowl is inscribed with initials as well as the back of the bowl which also has an inscribed date of “1893”. Handle is also enameled with blue and red arches. Back of handle is stamped “G. A. S.” SIZE: 4-3/4” l. CONDITION: Some minor enamel loss to handle, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-64602 (500-1,000)
