CARVED HAIR SCHOENHUT BOY AND WIGGED SCHOENHUT GIRL. A finely carved pouty young man with intaglio eyes, carved hair and a somber look upon his face. Dressed in a newer outfit, he accompanies his sister on this journey. Typical of Schoenhut, one could return the doll to the factory and have features, such as the face, factory repainted for a minimal charge. Such was the case with this young man. Of slightly later time period, this young lady with molded teeth and decal eyes is wearing an older cotton dress, but a coat and shoes of newer vintage. SIZE: 16″ t, 15-1/2″ t respectively.
