16″ RAYNAL DOLL IN ORIGINAL COMMUNION DRESS. French doll circa early 1930s with pressed cloth face having light brown mohair wig and wearing her original organdy communion dress, veil and brass cross necklace. The doll swivels at neck, shoulders and hips. These dolls were made at same time of Lenci and capitalized on their popularity. SIZE: 16″ h (41cm). CONDITION: Excellent. Retains vibrant cheek and lip color. 1-9306 (500-600)
