TWO DECORATED BOXES AND MINIATURE ENAMELED PORTRAIT. 1) Fine half round hand painted jewelry box having a hinged lid decorated with a landscape scene with figures, animals, bridge and ruins. Signed “Leave”. The body having a scene looking across water at a village with trees and fence in the foreground. The whole having a cobalt blue ground highlighted in heavy gilt C-scrolls and flower sprays. The interior with a white ground and five flower sprays. Bottom marked “Chateau des Tuileries” in a red crown wreath mark. Also a blue Sevres mark. 2) Small cobalt blue and gold decorated hinged box marked on base “Limoges France Decar Main Par Paris-Style”. 3) Limoges type round portrait plaque in bright enamels of a shoulder portrait of a young woman with blue and gold cap with purple shirt. Housed in a good brass decorated easel frame. SIZE: 1) 2″ h x 3-3/4″ w. 2) 1-1/4″ h x 2′ w x 1-1/2″ d. 3) Overall is 4-1/4″ x 3-1/4″. Plaque is 1-3/4″ dia.
