WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE ARGUS PHEASANTS BOWL. Outstanding Fairyland Lustre bowl is decorated with the Argus Pheasant pattern. Exterior of the bowl has pink and red pheasants, flowers and butterflies against a deep bluish-purple intricate floral background. Interior of the bowl is decorated with a center large medallion of a Argus pheasant standing on one foot with the same bluish-purple floral background. Signed on the underside with Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood Made in England” and “Z5486”. SIZE: 8-1/4″ dia. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-60883 (3,000-5,000)
