WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE BOWL. Wonderful Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre bowl is done in the Amherst Pheasant pattern with an exterior band of pheasants among branches and berries against a white background encircling the side of the bowl. Pheasant band is bordered on top and bottom by black bands with gold gilt floral design. Lower part of the bowl is done in a mottled green. Interior of the bowl is flame orange with round medallions featuring blue backgrounds and Amherst pheasants. Signed on the underside with gold Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood England” as well as gold mark with letters “KR” within a Greek “U”. SIZE: 8-1/2″ dia. CONDITION: Very good with a 1/4″ diameter glaze skip in bottom of the bowl. 5-61888 (3,000-5,000)
