WWII JAPANESE ARMY SHIN GUNTO SWORD. SIZE: 26-3/8” blade. Appears to be machine made with oil-tempered Hamon which is a undulating Midare-style. It is signed with arsenal stamp Showa stamp, probably made during the war years. Standard Shin Gunto military fittings in wooden Saya. CONDITION: Blade condition very good. 4-51047 PQ6 (200-300)
