GALLE MARQUETRY CROCUS VASE. Absolutely fantastic Galle vase has purple, mauve and amber marquetry flowers set against frosty-clear background with internal decoration of red, purple, gray and amber vertically flowing lines. The crocus flowers are beautifully wheel carved and further enhanced by yellow marquetry stamens. Backside of the vase is decorated with two marquetry and wheel carved crocus buds. Signed on the side with ornate engraved signature “Galle”. SIZE: 13-5/8″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-69502 (30,000-40,000)
