17 1/2” ADELINA PATTI CHINA DOLL. Smiling china with black hair parted in the center and curled into ten vertical corkscrews. Stuffed muslin body with old china arms and lower legs with molded high button boots, dressed in an elaborate red and brown brocade two-piece dress with brown ribbon braid trim. CONDITION: Head very good; minor wear to black hair color, two fingers chipped on left hand and left leg restored. RS 1-3358 (350-450)
