ATTRIBUTED TO JEAN-BAPTISTE-CAMILLE COROT (French, 1796-1875) LANDSCAPE WITH BUILDINGS & FIGURES. Small oil on wood panel shows two figures outside a series of buildings, one with tall monument in front. A tall watch tower is behind a small group of trees. All under a blue & white cloud sky. Signed lower right “Corot”. Housed in an antique gold frame. The panel is period with some visible slight insect damage. SIZE: Sight: 2-3/4″ x 5-3/4″. CONDITION: Very good. 9-24679 (3,000-5,000)
