31″ OPEN MOUTH JUMEAU DOLL. Head is incised “14” at the base of the neck and bears a red decal stamp “Depose Tete Jumeau”. Eyes are bulbous blue-gray paperweights and six well formed teeth in mouth. She is on her original fully jointed wood and composition body which is unmarked. She has been elaborately recostumed in a peach satiny dress with rose lace center panel and blue lace floral ribbon trim and a tall hat with wire frame. SIZE: 31″ (78cm). CONDITION: Very good, slight color loss in center of forehead with some typical paint touch-up on body, especially on hands. 1-9233 (2,000-2,500)
