15″ JUMEAU BEBE. Head is incised “Depose E6J” has brown glass paperweight eyes, closed mouth and pierced ears. Body is stamped in blue “Jumeau Medaille D’or Paris” and has separate ball joints at elbows and knees as well as straight wrists. She wears a replaced costume of green taffeta and lace with blue-green velvet jacket, an antique brown mohair wig and wide brimmed felt hat with cloth flowers and feathers. Shoes are camel colored brown leather boots that button on each side. SIZE: 15″ (37cm). CONDITION: Fair. Head is extensively restored. Lower arms and legs repainted. 1-9198 (1,200-1,800)
