PAIR OF ASHTRAYS MADE FROM 12-POUND CANNONBALLS. 2 ceramic bases have approx. 1/2 to 2/3 of exploded 12-pound Boreman shells securely attached. Area where the Boreman fuse went is clearly visible. Both shell fragments were excavated at unknown battle site and are deeply pitted and rusted as typical of battlefield recovered shell fragments.
