*CUSTOM WINCHESTER MODEL 21 TWO BARREL SET WITH VENT RIB. SN 28086. Cal. 12ga, 30″ & 26″ bbls, matted, tapered vent rib, dual silver sighting beads, 30″ MOD/FULL choke with 3″ chambers, 26″ IMP.CYL/MOD choke with 2-3/4″ chambers, ejectors and single selective trigger. Side of left bbl marked “MODEL 21 – WINCHESTER / TRADEMARK – 12 GAUGE 2-3/4″ (& 3) on 30″ only. Muzzle of bbls have multi-point pattern of bold, deep foliate scrolls, 26″ with gold line border. Chamber ends have 4″ of multi-point bold, deep foliate scrolls, 26″ with gold line border. The step side receiver is uniquely engraved on trigger guard and floor plate only, with field of tight foliate, arabesque scrolls. Trigger guard with gold pointer on point and trigger plate with 4 gold flushing quail. Top lever with foliate scroll and gold duck in flight on pivot. Consignor states that its his belief the engraving was done by A. Griebel. Mounted with nicely figured walnut, checkered side panels, checkered pistol grip, unique metal grip cap with foliate scrolls and gold turkey, Monte Carlo with left side shadowline cheekpiece, unique engraved metal buttplate with 6 ducks in flight, background of tight foliate arabesque scroll and cattails, checkered splinter forend with ebony tip insert followed by a raised, sculpted ivory diamond shape. 30″ set: Bore diameter: left -.728, right -.728. Stock is sound with sharp checkering, a few minor handling marks and retains a factory-style finish. Forend is sound with sharp checkering, a few minor handling marks and retains a factory-style finish.
