17-1/2″ FRENCH FASHION DOLL. Bisque socket head on separate kid lined shoulder plate incised “4” with closed mouth, pale blue paperweight eyes, on all leather body with gussets at the elbows, hips and knees. She wears an antique two piece walking suit of faded greenish-brown heavy cotton with blue ribbon trim and bows with tiny pleats all around the base of the skirt. She is wearing a honey colored human hair wig over cork pate and wears a matching hat and leather fashion boots with tassels and high heel. SIZE: 17-1/2″ (44cm). CONDITION: Overall very good with typical wear in places to the leather body, with right wrist patched and also a patch on the left lower arm. 1-9194 (1,500-2,500)
