IVORY INLAID HANGING CANDLE BOX. The dovetailed mahogany box has a sliding lid with inlaid mahogany and ivory star and circle. The box having decorative ivory edge stripping and the back hanging area is inlaid with brass and ivory. Early 20th Century. PROVENANCE: Fine private Long Island, New York mansion.
