*CUSTOM ENGRAVED WINCHESTER MODEL 88 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 308. SN 1257271. Post-64 rifle with 22″ tapered rnd bbl, ramp front sight with hood & Lyman folding bbl sight. Receiver mounted with bases & rings with rear ring missing its top cap. Receiver, lever & floorplate are lightly engraved with foliate arabesque patterns. Mounted with very nicely figured checkered & fleur-de-lis carved custom walnut with skeleton grip cap & thin red pad with sling swivels. CONDITION: Very fine. Retains virtually all of its fine custom finish to both metal & wood. Crisp mechanics, bright shiny bore. 4-55450 JR90 (500-1,000)
