*WINCHESTER SINGLE CALIBER MODEL 61 PUMP RIFLE. Cal. 22 Short only. SN 2649. Scarce sgl caliber ’61 with 24″ tapered oct bbl, standard sights, grooved bullet shaped forearm, uncheckered semi-pistol grip stock, 13-3/8″ over a checkered steel buttplate. CONDITION: Very fine plus. Retains virtually all of a spectacular professionally restored finish to both metal & wood. There are a couple of small hairlines in wrist & a few minor handling marks in wood with some cleaned rust pitting on bolt & bottom of receiver. Crisp action, strong bright bore with some light orange peel effect and a ring about mid-point. 4-55455 JR99 (800-1,200)
