OUTSTANDING FIVE PIECE REPOUSSE TEA SET BY WHITING CO WITH SILVER PLATED TRAY. Set consists of 8-1/2” h teapot; 6” teapot; 4-1/2” covered sugar and a 3-1/4” waste bowl; 3” creamer. Set is marked “1366”, monogrammed and dated on bottom “1887”. Decoration of flowers with flower finial. Nice heavy set with nice decorative motif. Along with a Sheffield type oval silver plated footed tray with two handles. PROVENANCE: Danforth Estate, Cozy Harbor, Maine. WEIGHT: 92 tr. oz (not including tray). CONDITION: Very good.
