CHINESE EXPORT FAMILLE ROSE PUNCH BOWL. Second half 18th century. The interior decorated with central rondel depicting a fox hunt centered, by and beneath, interwoven floral garlands with floral sprays. The exterior decorated with large floral sprays within floral garlands and swags. SIZE: 4-3/4″ h x 11-1/4″ dia. PROVENANCE: Robert Frederick Woolworth Estate, Monmouth, Maine. (F.W. Woolworth Store). CONDITION: Very good with some wear to enamel in bottom of bowl interior. Edges with slight roughness and losses to gilding. 9-23562 (1,000-1,500)
