BECKENBAUGH (American, Early 20th Century) WINTER BLUES. Graphite and wash winter scene shows two black men conversing on a snow driven windy day. They share a pipe and one holds a snow shovel while a dog rummages in a garbage can. Buildings line the sidewalk with deep snow. Housed in a black painted molded wood frame.
