ALFRED THOMPSON BRICHER (American, 1837-1908) COASTAL SEASCAPE WITH ROCKS. Watercolor on paper scene shows dark and light blue ocean, sandy beach with large rocks and rocky island off shore. Small sailboat can be seen on left horizon. Several seagulls fly over island. Signed lower right with conjoined first initials AT Bricher. Appears to have a pencil number under the “er” which ends in “5” which appears to be “35” but under magnification, the “3” could be half of an “8”. SIGHT SIZE: 9-1/2” x 20-1/2”.
