*PARKER DHE LIVE BIRD GUN WITH 34″ BARRELS. SN 207192. Cal. 12 ga. 34″ bbls, matted concave rib, with ivory front and white center sighting beads, FULL/FULL choke, 2-3/4″ chambers, ejectors, and sgl selective trigger. Top rib is marked “PARKER BROS. MAKERS.MERIDEN.CT.U.S.A. TITANIC STEEL”. The “2” size frame is engraved in standard “D” grade pattern with pointer on left, setter on right, ribbon with “PARKER BROS” on each side, trigger plate with 4 pheasants, balance of engraving being a fine foliate scroll. Gun was made without safety. Mounted with nicely figured walnut, raised side panels with drop points, checkered pistol grip, Parker hard rubber gripcap, checkered butt, blank gold initial oval, checkered beavertail forend. Bore diameter: left -.729, right -.729. Bore restrictions: left -.034, right -.032. Wall thickness: left -.031, right -.037. Drop at heel: 1-7/8″, drop at comb: 1-7/8″. Weight: 8lbs. 11oz. LOP 14-13/16″. The book Parker Gun Identification & Serialization does not contain this SN. Gun is accompanied with a set of repro Parker gun tags. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain 97-98% factory quality blue with some minor nicks & scrapes, some minor wear at muzzle, thinning wear on bottom from forend. Frame retains good orig case colors, strong on side and across top, thinning and blending with silver patina across bottom and sides of fences. Trigger guard has flaked and blended with brown patina and shows silver through grip area. Stock is sound with slightly filled checkering, a few minor nicks & dings, a retains a fine professional hand rubbed finish. Forend is sound with good checkering, some minor handling marks and retains a fine professional hand rubbed oil finish.
