FOUR KACHINA DOLLS. Last quarter of the 20th Century. 1) 22″ h doll with bead work outfit. 2) 21-1/2″ h white hair Kachina signed “A. L. Sahmie Hopi/Tewa” with fur headdress and shells, bells and leather. 3) 13″ Kachina marked “Carved by Earl Yowytewa Hote Villa, Arizona”. Figure of a man holding a bow with shell, leather and fur. 4) 15″ h signed “Leonard Shuila, Sr.”. Figure holding bow and ratte with shells, fur and carved painted body. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: All have some repairs, generally good. 9-94877 (200-400)
