INCREDIBLE BLACK FOREST CARVED MUSICAL DOG. This 19th Century carved hanger is of an animated Scottish Terrier wearing a feathered cap with a shotgun slug over his shoulder. A flask held in his right paw. His legs are small goat horns with curls that will serve as a hanger for your hat. The mechanism marked on the back “C. Spiess” and has a key wind music box in the back. SIZE: Approx. 15″ h. CONDITION: Carving appears to be generally good. The music box is wound tight right now and does not work. 1-26835 (3,000-4,000)
