16” CLOSE MOUTH GERMAN SHOULDER HEAD DOLL. German doll incised “5,” possibly Kestner, with brown glass eyes that have been reset as stationary. On gusseted leather body with bisque forearms wearing a mid-calf length blue and white printed cotton dress with lace collar. Doll lacks wig and shoes. CONDITION: Eyes should be reset, mold flaw in center of forehead, several fingertips chipped on right hand, tear to leather in right hip gusset. RS 1-3532 (200-300)
