PAIR OF STEUBEN MOSS AGATE TORCHIERES. Lamps begin with two beautiful moss agate cylindrical form shades with large scalloped mouths. The moss agate work created by Steuben has an ethereal feel with its amber ground with purple, blue, rouge, orange and green swirl effects. The shades are completed with a crackle finish and hints of copper foiling. The shades are supported by two ornate metal bases with rosettes and Art Nouveau leaves extending towards the single shaft that is twisted and adorned with acanthus leaves and ending with four curved feet all on a hexagonal shaped marble pedestal. SIZE: Shades are 3-1/2″ fitter x 9″ t. Overall 65″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-60081 (4,000-6,000)
