J&E STEVENS SPISE A MULE BOY ON BENCH BANK. Place coin under boy’s bench and when lever is pressed, mule spins around knocking boy over and deposits coin in the bank. The ground under the mule and boy is bright green with yellow and red highlights. Very amusing for the children at the turn of the century. SIZE: 9-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Although not one of the rarer banks, it is extremely hard to find a bank in this condition. Bank shows very little wear overall and the script “I Always Spise A Mule” retains most of the original highlights. One of the nicest examples we have seen in a while. 1-11151 (1,500-2,500)
