LAVISHLY CARVED JACOBIAN STYLE TWO DRAWER DESK OR LIBRARY TABLE. Rectangular top having a gadrooned carved edge and faux painted marble insert with a carved scroll and leaf border. Frieze has all over leaf carving and has two side by side drawers with lion head handles. All supported by four large spiral carved legs ending in carved blocks with turned feet. A large H-stretcher with spiral carving and carved blocks finishes the table. Piece finished in a dark medium color and is oak. SIZE: 29-1/2” h x 48” w x 32” d. CONDITION: Some scarring to top surface, otherwise good. 9-28874 (700-1000)
