C. PRYOR (British, 19th/20th Century) COMING ASHORE. Oil on canvas scene shows three people exiting a small boat which has been pulled up along side a low shoreline with fence and fields. Other figures are seen walking toward a large castle with town below all under a bright yellow sunlit sky. Signed lower right “C. Pryor”. Housed in a gold gesso decorated antique frame. A small bio of the artist is attached to back indicting that he belonged to the British School of Landscaping and held showings at Grosevenor Gallery in London. SIZE: 9” x 15”.
