19” FRENCH BISQUE JUMEAU PORTRAIT. A beautiful early Jumeau Portrait head with large almond eyes and heavy mauve shadowing. She is on a German leather body with bisque arms dressed in a beautiful antique beaded ivory silk wedding gown with original satin shoes. She is wearing a newer auburn mohair wig. CONDITION: Doll has a crack beginning at the crown above the right ear and wrapping around through the mouth and coming out to the left ear. Body is in sturdy condition as well as her costume. A beautiful doll despite her condition. 1-975 CL 54 (500-700)
