ROOKWOOD SHIP BOOKENDS. Nice Rookwood bookends, each depicting a sailing ship at full sail. The bookends are finished in a lovely cream-colored glaze. Marked on the bottom with Rookwood flame mark, dated 1936 and impressed “2695”. The bookends are also impressed on the back with artist’s initials “WMCD” for William P. McDonald. SIZE: Each 5-1/2″ h.
