TWO JAPANESE CAST BRONZE ELEPHANTS. Late 19th, early 20th century. Each cast with uplifted trunk and outspread ears, each tail joined to left rear leg. Larger signed beneath the stomach. SIZE: 1) 10-3/4″ h. 2) 9″ h. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: Both with original surfaces. One with medium brown color, the second with coffee color.
