*PARKER SC GRADE SINGLE BARREL TRAP GUN. SN 238730. Cal. 12ga, 32″ bbl, matted vent rib with dual ivory sighting beads, 2-3/4″ chamber, MOD choke, ejector and single trigger. Left side of bbl is marked “PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDAN, CT. U.S.A. ACME STEEL”. The single bbl receiver is engraved with bold, leafy scroll with pigeon in flight on trigger plate, “PARKER” across center of bottom, and a stippled semi-oval on each side. Mounted with nicely figured flame-grained walnut, checkered side panels, checkered pistol grip, hard rubber grip cap checkered with fleur-de-lis, Monte Carlo and solid black Pachmyer pad. Checkered target forend. Bore measurements: Diameter: .735. Restriction: .024. Wall thickness: .063. Drop at heel: 2″. Drop at comb: 1-1/4″. Weight: 8lbs. 5oz. LOP: 14-1/8″. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbl retains 99% of a factory quality blue finish with just a couple minor handling marks. Receiver retains 99% of a cyanide case color finish with sharp crisp engraving. Stock is sound with hairline crack behind top tang, sharp checkering, a few minor handling marks retaining virtually all of a fine, hand-rubbed finish. Forend is sound with sharp checkering, a few minor handling marks and retains a fine, hand-rubbed finish.
