LOT OF TWO AMERICAN CARTRIDGE FIREARMS. 1) Stevens Hunter’s Pet. Cal. 32 RF. SN 4556. Fine tip-up pistol carbine with 20” tapered oct bbl, 2-level globe front sight & tiny ladder rear sight. It has nickeled iron frame with 2-pc walnut grips and a nickeled iron skeleton stock with serial number 2396. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Bbl retains 85-90% strong orig blue turning to plum on bottom just in front of frame. Frame retains 65-70% orig nickel with the loss areas dark patina. Hammer retains 75-80% bright blue. Grips are sound and retain 40-50% orig varnish. Stock retains about 70% orig nickel. Mechanics are fine, strong dark bore with a ring about 3” in front of chamber. 2) Hopkins & Allen Model 822 Sgl Shot Rifle. Cal. 22. NSN. Falling Block boy’s rifle similar to a Stevens Favorite with 21-3/8” rnd bbl, fixed sights, slab sawed walnut stock & forearm with hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Poor to fair. Bbl retains remnants of old greenish paint and receiver traces of case colors being mostly a dark brown patina. Takedown screw is a replacement and frame pins are peened. Stock has cracks & repairs through wrist with broken buttplate & retains an old refinish. Mechanics are fine, worn dark bore. 4-30414, 4-30416 JR71 (800-1,200)
