23 1/2” MAX HANDWERCK DOLL. Head is incised “MAX HANDWERCK GERMANY 2 1/3.” Blue glass sleep eyes, open mouth with four upper teeth, on original fully jointed wood and composition body. Dressed in 1910-style, white muslin with printed red flowers, black oilcloth shoes with buckles, and brown human hair wig with curls. CONDITION: Good quality bisque, body retains original finish.
