ANTIQUE CARVED IVORY DOG CANE. L-shaped ivory handle made in two pieces has a seated St. Bernard type dog holding a basket in mouth. Horizontal part of the handle inscribed at flat end “Uncle Lee to Andrew”. Nice old patina which shows use. A 1/4” silver collar which is unmarked has a beaded edge. Malacca shaft ending in a 1-1/4” white metal rounded end ferrule. SIZE: 34-1/2” l. Handle is 3-3/4” x 3-3/4”. CONDITION: Good. 9-28181 (1000-1200)
