IRON AND BRASS PARADE LANTERN STANDARD. Second half 19th century. Probably Continental, the wrought-iron standard with three hooks for lanterns tied with multi-colored ribbons, the pole fitted with brass bells, capped with brass ball finials. Originally mounted on a carriage or parade wagon. SIZE: 57″ h. x 12″ overall w. CONDITION: Having some soldered repairs beneath the finials and at bell attachments. Otherwise very good. Retains original screw attachment. 9-92935 (400-600)
