THREE ROOKWOOD VASES. 1) Rookwood iris glaze vase is decorated with blue berries hanging from stems with leaves encircling the top of the vase. The painted decoration is set against a cream shading to gray background with a bright iris glaze. Marked on the underside with Rookwood flame vase and dated 1907 “808”. Signed with artist’s initials “I.B.” for Irene Bishop. 2) Rookwood vase has raised stylized floral design encircling the lower body of the vase which is finished in a blue shading to green glaze. Marked on the underside with Rookwood flame mark dated 1921 “2478”. 3) Rookwood bowl has raised dragonfly design surrounding the side of the bowl which is finished in a shaded yellow glaze. Marked on the underside with Rookwood flame mark dated 1916 “2357”. SIZE: 1) 7-3/4″ t. 2) 7-3/4″. 3) 6-1/2″ dia. CONDITION: 1) Tiny glaze chip at edge of foot, otherwise very good. 2) Very good to excellent. 3) Heavy crazing, otherwise good. 5-67183 (300-500)
