*LEFEVER ARMS E GRADE SIDE BY SIDE SHOTGUN. SN 73120. Cal. 12ga, 28″ bbls, matted, tapered rib with dual ivory sighting beads, MOD/MOD chokes, 2-3/4″ chambers, extractors and dbl triggers. Right bbl over chamber is marked “LEFEVER ARMS CO. / KRUPP” and left bbl “STEEL. / SYRACUSE N.Y. U.S.A.” The side plated receiver is marked “LEFEVER ARMS CO.” on each plate, circle with pointer on left plate and setter on right with some foliate arabesque scrolls and accenting geometric designs. Trigger guard has circle with game bird. Mounted with nicely figured walnut, checkered pistol grip, sculpted, fluted hard rubber grip cap, serrated hard rubber buttplate, blank gold oval and checkered splinter forend. Bore diameter: left -.732, right -.730. Bore restrictions: left -.020, right -.015. Wall thickness: left -.020, right -.023. Drop at heel:2-3/4″ , drop at comb:1-9/16″ . Weight: 6lbs. 10oz. LOP 14-5/16″. CONDITION: Very good+. Bbl retains 99% of a professional factory-quality, restored blue finish with just a couple minor handling marks. Receiver has traces of orig case color in protected areas but is mostly a soft gray patina. Trigger guard is also a gray patina. Stock is sound with nicely re-pointed checkering, some minor handling marks and faint nicks & scratches and retains a professional hand-rubbed restored finish. Forend is sound with nicely re-pointed checkering, a couple small handling marks and retains a professional, hand-rubbed, restored finish.
