HARRIET FRISHMUTH (American, 1880-1980) “PAS DE DEUX” BRONZE. Outstanding Harriet Frishmuth bronze depicts nude man and woman dancing. The wonderful flow of movement is beautifully captured in the bronze. Signed on the base “Harriet W. Frishmuth Copyright 1921”. Bronze is also marked on the side “Gorham Co. Founders OBOS”. Sculpture is finished with rich brown patina having green highlights. SIZE: 27″ w x 17-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with a few small surface flakes to edges of black polished stone base. 5-69194 (20,000-30,000)
