MONUMENTAL DURAND CAMEO VASE. Bulbous form vase is decorated with a cameo design of white flowers on a green ground. This vase maybe further referenced in the book Durand: The Man and his Glass by Edward Meschi, page 49 figure 86. In the book it mentions the rarity of cameo vases created by Durand. Signed “Durand” to side of vase as it is pictured in the book. Also signed “Durand” in a V and “1941-10”. SIZE: 10-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent.
