TWO OVAL IMARI PLATTERS. Late 19th/Early 20th century. 1) Scalloped edges, decorated with four reserves centering an oval panel which is floral decorated. 2) With opposing floral decorated panels; one with a building, the second with a bird within a polychromed painted floral ground. Both are decorated on the reverse in underglaze blue. SIZE: 12″ & 13-1/2″ long. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: Both are very good with each having small losses to glazing. 9-23283 (600-900)
