TWO SUPERB MARX TRUCKS IN ORIGINAL BOXES. 1) USA. Large and impressive pressed steel wrecker marked “Marx City Service” in the best of condition. Crank operation tow hook, solid rubber tires marked “Wyandotte” and grill marked “LMC” (Louis Marx Company). Hard to find complete with original assembly sheet and very colorful folder showing other Marx toys. 2) USA. Model No. 1021. Vivid green, yellow and red graphics on this dynamite Railway Express Agency boxed delivery truck, Circa 1957. Amazingly this working lift-gate truck retains approx. 15 advertising miniature boxes including Wrigley’s, Domino, Kellogg’s, SOS and more. Also includes original dolly, wooden barrel, Railway Express Agency transport sack and complete set of gummed shipping labels. Cool. Original box has red graphics showing operation of the Hi-Lift Tail Gate Truck. SIZE: 20″ l & 19-1/2″ l respectively. CONDITION: 1) Plastic roof horn is split. Toy and box appear unused. Scuffing to front bumper, otherwise excellent plus with all original packing materials present. 2) Near excellent and working with all graphics intact. Contents appearing to be complete. Rubber tires marked “Wyandotte”. Box is crisp and complete. 1-9249, 1-9252 (450-600)
