CHINESE EXPORT PARTIAL TEA SERVICE. Armorial cobalt and gilt decoration having a shield with half rampant lion and monogrammed “JJ” all under a blue drapery border. Set consists of a 5” h drum form teapot with lid having an intertwined strap handle and flat lid with nut top. Helmet shaped creamer; two tea bowls and one handless teacup. Circa 1800. CONDITION: Teacup has old hairline, minor rubbing to gold. Very good. 9-70649 (900-1,200)
