STEMMED WINE CUP WITH COVER. Ancient stoneware wine cup comes with small old museum tag as follows: “Stemmed wine cup with cover. Gray stoneware with ash-glazed interior. Korean. Silla. Circa 57 B.C. to 935 A.D. 1988 Museum purchase. SIZE: 6-1/4” t. PROVENANCE: A gift to the Maine State Museum being sold to benefit the museums acquisition fund. CONDITION: Very good with one chip to edge of cup cover and some minor roughness to bottom of foot. 5-61586 (500-1,000)
