EMIL KERNER & SOHN SINGLE SHOT STALKING RIFLE. Cal 22. SN 2609. Fine under lever hammerless little hunting rifle with 25-1/2” tapered oct bbl, full matted top, ramp front sight, two leaf express sight marked 80 and 150 meters. It has Redfield type custom scope bases mounted over the chamber area. It has a light rounded receiver with light engraving over the top, double set triggers, with top thumb safety, and straight grain wood with checkered splinter forearm and round knob grip stock 14-1/2” over an old red recoil pad. It has a deep cheek piece and sling swivels. CONDITION: About very fine. Bbl and receiver retain about 96-98% of a fine professionally restored finish. Wood is sound and retains most of its restored finish with some light spotting near the toe. Fine checkering. Bore is bright and shiny with a slight ring about 4” in front of the chamber which should not affect accuracy at all. Good mechanics. 4-51309 JR878 (800-1,200)
