*1936 S/42 CODE LUGER PISTOL. Cal. 9 mm. SN 6798m. Standard Luger with 4″ tapered rnd bbl, fixed sights, full checkered walnut grips & a renumbered aluminum base magazine. Has an unusual proof mark on right side of receiver which resembles an early Mauser military eagle with some indecipherable letters below that appear to be “H2ajt18”. CONDITION: Good to very good. All matching, except grips which are replacements & have been freshed. Overall retains about 95% orig blue with edge & high point wear. Grips are a little loose. Mechanics are fine, bright shiny bore. 4-55575 JR175 (500-800)
