GALLE DECORATED & APPLIED VASE. Wonderful Galle vase has internal decoration with colors shading from dark green at base to rich amber at top with a rim of clambroth. Vase is further decorated with foil inclusions and topped with two applied and carved beetles with beetle’s legs carved into the body of the vase. Signed on the underside with beautifully engraved “Cristallerie E. Galle Nancy Modele depose”. SIZE: 8-1/4” t. CONDITION: Open bubble with sand inclusion on underside of foot and slight bruise to edge of foot in same area, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-64020 (10,000-15,000)
